Issac Hayes = Hypocrite

I can’t wait to see how Trey Stone and Matt Parker are going to handle this one.  It appears that soul singer Isaac Hayes has “South Park” show and will no long provide the voice of “Chef.”  The statement in which he announces his departure from the show cites the “inappropriate ridicule” of religion.

It seems really funny that “South Park” has been on the air since 1997 and just now after all of the episodes in which they poke fun at religion with their various characters that he would now find the show offensive.  I mean come on, they’ve taken shots at Christians, Jews, Mormons, Muslims, Hindus and new-age hippies.  And these are just to name a few…

Wait a minute….Isaac Hayes is a devout Scientologist….and “South Park” did a parody of the Church of Scientology last season (which was damn funny BTW).  Could it be….that….Isaac Hayes is only offended when they make fun of HIS religion?  Naw, can’t be…..
